Customer Need:

Dr. Edmond T. Heatley, respected educator and scholastic administrator, completed the background work to start his “company”, a firm providing professional leadership training to executives and administrators.  Now he was prepared to build his “brand”.  Dr. Heatley needed an image that would communicate his vision to potential customers and partners.

Solution:

Our brainstorming sessions included color swatches, design concept rounds and a mad scientist…

Mad Scientist = Because Dr. Heatley’s background is in adolescent education, we wanted to maintain something relevant to this group in his branding.

From the mad scientist theme, we molded and landed with our 3D professional holding a microscope as our current major branding icon.  This icon, along with traditional red and blue colors, successfully represent professionalism, education and the future.

Result:

Leadership Laboratory built a brand around the logo design.  VIRTUALVillage Media also designed the Leadership Laboratory  website, yourleadership.org.
